EWM is found in Cobbossee Lake, Pleasant Hill Pond, and Grondin Pond. Pleasant Hill and Grondin are very small waterbodies with limited access. Cobbossee is a very popular lake for recreational near Augusta, and is also home to two other invasive plants; European Frog’s Bit and Variable Milfoil.
